Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy water and radon company in Clinton, CT. This full-time, year-round position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated to contribute as a key team player.
The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy. A sharp eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and an enthusiastic, solution-driven mindset are essential to succeeding in this role.
Experience with Service Titan, Outlook, Constant Contact, and WordPress is a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits eligibility begins after 30 days of full-time employment.

Year-round position
- Customer Service Representative: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include scheduling service and installation appointments; communicating test results; and assisting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, warranty registrations, and feedback collection. A strong sense of urgency and responsiveness is key.
- Dispatching: Oversee and manage technician schedules, adapt to daily changes, and support field staff with timely updates and problem-solving. Requires agility, teamwork, and critical thinking.
- Data Entry: Input customer data, equipment records, warranties, and service plans with speed and precision. Attention to detail is critical.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain stock, place and receive orders, communicate with suppliers, and monitor backorders. Requires organization and the ability to stay ahead of supply needs.
- Marketing content creation (social media, email, and print promotions)
- Experience with Google Ads, WordPress, or Constant Contact
- Office and workshop located in Clinton, CT
- Ergonomic workstation in a comfortable office environment with modern systems
- Moderate noise from adjoining workshop may be present
- In-office role; remote work only available in inclement weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
